The method

The Lagree method is a high-intensity, low-impact system designed to build strength with precision and control.

Performed on a specialized machine, each movement is intentionally slowed to eliminate momentum and maintain continuous muscular tension. This allows for deeper muscular engagement while minimizing stress on the joints. The result is a method that strengthens not only the larger muscle groups, but the smaller stabilizing muscles that support posture, alignment, and long-term function.

At Centrated Lagree we don’t approach movement as something to be rushed or forced. Our goal is not to simply challenge the body, but educate it- developing awareness, control, and strength that carries beyond the studio. This framework combines Lagree methodology, applied kinesiology, and functional anatomy.

Centration refers to the optimal alignment of joint surfaces, the position in which musculature is most efficiently recruited, joint compression is minimized, and force transfer is maximized. We build every sequence from this principle outward.

Our approach

At Centrated Lagree, we don't just challenge the body, we educate it. Our approach is built on three interlocking principles that guide every session, every sequence, every movement.

  1. Control - The foundation of intelligent movement. Targeted training to increase muscle, improve form, and enhance performance. Train the body to respond with intention instead of compensation.

  2. Pulse - A representation of rhythm, endurance, and continuous engagement. It is the steady burn created through sustained tension and movement. Pulse builds resilience, cardiovascular strength, and mental focus, teaching the body to stay present even under challenge.
  3. Form- The expression of alignment and efficiency. It is where applied kinesiology and functional anatomy meet movement execution. Through refined movements and awareness. Form enhances posture and body mechanics. It is not about perfection, it is about integrity in how the body moves and supports itself. Train smarter, recover better & recover tools like compression, red light, and clinical treatment to support long-term results.
